The second floor offers a dining area with 8-seater dining table, and stylish kitchen complete with appliances including a dishwasher, dual built-in ovens and gas stovetop (no coffee machine) which seamlessly flows out to the large undercover private balcony making cooking a breeze, with an additional 6-seater dining setting and built in in BBQ. Separate living area on this floor boasts massive couch and smart tv.

Another lounge area is provided on the first floor with a comfy couch and smart TV, perfect for the kids to hang out whilst the adults soak in the balcony views.
