This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for your next countryside escape. Bursting with seasonal wildflowers and native flora and fauna, this private sanctuary located between Yallingup and Dunsborough is surrounded by natures’ beauty and is ideally set up to accommodate holidaying families.

Upon entering the home, you are welcomed into the central living and dining area, featuring beautiful jarrah flooring and an immediate sense of relaxation. The living area offers a comfortable couch and Smart TV that is perfect for family movie nights, and the dining space includes an 8-seater table.

The spacious kitchen boasts all the modern conveniences of home, including an electric stovetop and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of bench space.

The main bedroom is located just off this central area and features a queen bed, chest of drawers, and an ensuite with a freestanding bath, shower, and separate WC.

Guest bedroom with queen bed and ensuite with shower and WC. All guest bedrooms share the ensuite located in the second queen bedroom for shower use. Additional guest bedrooms include a twin king-single room and a single bunk room with study desk.

The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, sink, and ample bench space. A separate powder room with a sink and WC is accessed via the laundry.

The wraparound verandah provides a delightful shaded spot to enjoy a quiet coffee or catch up with friends. Spend peaceful evenings on the deck, cook up a feast on the gas BBQ, and dine outdoors at the 8-seater table. Keep an eye out for local kangaroos and birdlife, or gather together on the outdoor timber bench seats with a glass of local red and create lasting memories.

Lock'n Heart Homestead is situated in rural Quindalup but is just an 8 minute drive from famous Yallingup beach, renowned for its surf breaks and turquoise blue lagoon for swimming and snorkelling. An 8-minute drive will have you at either Goanna Bush Café or Commonage Coffee; two extremely delightful venues that offer delicious breakfasts and coffees. Dunsborough town centre is a 7-minute drive away; where you can browse the many boutique gift and clothing shops.
