The Valley Lodge is a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home set on 1 hectare and thoughtfully designed to capture the beauty of the rolling hillside surrounds. The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light from expansive windows and skylights, creating a warm and inviting space to relax. A 10-seater dining table sits alongside a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and a luxurious slow-combustion timber fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. Ducted heating and cooling in this area provide year-round climate control. Large doors open seamlessly onto the outdoor alfresco area, which flows out to the stunning 25-metre lap pool.
Designer kitchen includes copious bench space with an island breakfast bench, and all modern appliances including induction stovetop, 2 multifunction electric ovens, a coffee machine and dishwasher. The scullery provides another sink, a fridge/freezer and large walk-in pantry. Take a seat on the built-in bench at the servery window to enjoy breakfast with a view.

Master suite is situated in its own wing of the home with king bed and a/c, enjoys stunning hillside views and direct access to a private alfresco and pool access. Boasts a grand walk-in robe, deluxe ensuite featuring a freestanding bath, dual shower, and w/c.

Also in this wing is a fully functional laundry with washing machine, dryer, built in drying rack and plenty of bench space.
Guest wing of the home offers 3 guest bedrooms; two with king beds and one with a 2 king single beds. All include built in robes and tower fans for climate control.

2 bathrooms of the home are located in this wing, both offering a shower and w/c.

A theatre room with a couch and TV can be found in this wing, with direct access to outdoor zone and pool; fantastic for the teens to chill out, or a quiet place to relax away from the main entertaining zones. Also offers a convenient kitchenette nook with sink.

The expansive outdoor area is sure to become a favourite destination during your stay. Positioned to capture the surrounding landscape in every direction. The alfresco features a generous dining setting, making it ideal for relaxed sundowners with friends or long family feasts, all while admiring the magnificent views and spotting the friendly local kangaroos.

The centrepiece of the outdoor space is the stunning 25-metre magnesium swimming pool, overlooking the countryside. Designed for both relaxation and exercise, the pool offers plenty of space for refreshing laps or leisurely afternoon swims. It’s the ideal place to cool off on warm days, unwind poolside with a book, or enjoy magical sunset moments.

A fantastic outdoor firepit is in the ideal position to sit around as the sun sets over the valley (for use outside of fire ban season only).
