Main bedroom is situated in its own wing of the home and features a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite with a double shower and w/c. Glass sliding doors provide direct outdoor access and gorgeous valley and ocean views.

Offers a large outdoor dining setting and built in gas BBQ, a fantastic woodfire pizza oven and outdoor firepit (available for guest use outside of fire ban season only if you have prior experience and feel confident operating. A viewing deck with bar table is the ultimate place to unwind and admire the ocean views with a glass of local wine in hand.
The kids will love the expansive lawn to play and burn some energy whilst the adults soak in the glorious panoramic views. A small citrus orchard is situated on the property where you can pick lemons, avocados, figs, and mangoes throughout the seasons.
