Breakfast nook window opens to the outdoor area for effortless entertaining. The 8-seater dining table is situated perfectly to soak in the panoramic views whilst enjoying delicious family dinners.
Living area offers cosy wood fireplace and couch; a brilliant spot to unwind with a good book. Ducted air-conditioning throughout the home allows for year-round climate control.

The playroom is a welcome additional to entertain the kids with games, toys and books.

Main bedroom is situated in its own wing of the home and features a king bed, walk in robe and ensuite with a double shower and w/c. Glass sliding doors provide direct outdoor access and gorgeous valley and ocean views.

Functional laundry offers washing machine and dryer.

In the Guest wing, two bedrooms offer a queen bed, robe and direct outdoor access. One includes an ensuite with shower and w/c.

The expansive outdoor alfresco boasts magnificent views from all angles. Offers a large outdoor dining setting and built in gas BBQ, a fantastic woodfire pizza oven and outdoor firepit (available for guest use outside of fire ban season only if you have prior experience and feel confident operating. Guest to supply own wood).

A viewing deck with bar table is the ultimate place to unwind and admire the ocean views with a glass of local wine in hand.
The kids will love the expansive lawn to play and burn some energy whilst the adults soak in the glorious panoramic views. A small citrus orchard is situated on the property where you can pick lemons, avocados, figs, and mangoes throughout the seasons.
