The spacious downstairs area boasts two living areas both with comfortable couches and one offering a smart TV. A gas fireplace is provided for additional warmth in the winter months, however the ducted air conditioning throughout the home will ensure year-round climate control.
The fully equipped kitchen offers all the essential modern amenities including dishwasher, electric cooktop & oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.
Large bench-style dining table comfortably seats 8 people for enjoying delicious home cooked meals together. The living and dining area opens out to the shaded courtyard with a secure grassed area for kids to play after a day at the beach. Make the most of the world-famous WA sunsets and the fresh ocean air by cooking up a BBQ on those warm summer evenings. Access the grassed foreshore, beach and beyond with ease through the courtyard gate.

A short 10-minute drive will have you exploring Dunsborough town centre, or venture further to the Meelup Regional Park to explore walking trails, white sandy beaches and turquoise oceans on the other side of the Cape.
