Wattleridge is a beautifully designed 4-bedroom 2-bathroom home, boasting incredible treetop vistas and a sublime and peaceful ambience. The central open plan living, dining and kitchen area is bursting with natural light due to the expansive north facing windows, and opens out to the stylish and spacious outdoor entertaining zone.

The kitchen offers magnificent views and boasts gorgeous stone breakfast benchtop with ample space for cooking and serving delicious meals. A butler’s pantry and scullery offer additional bench space, microwave, and an additional sink. The kitchen also provides an array of top end appliances including a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven and steam oven, and stovetop.

The living area is bathed in warming light from the large windows, and is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the South West with a book from the shelf; or cosy up next to the wood fire and take in the views in the winter months. Dining area offers an 8-seater table. The solar passive design and double glazed windows keeps the house nice and warm in winter, yet ideally cool in summer with the additional louvre windows to let the sea breeze flow. A theatre room is situated in the guest wing of the home, with a comfortable seating area and smart TV.

The master suite is located in its own wing of the home, offering ultimate privacy and relaxation; and overlooks the beautiful scenery This inviting area includes a king bed, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe. Boasting direct access through sliding doors to a private outdoor seating nook, this is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and take in the sweeping views. Also features a ensuite with a free-standing bath , and walk-in shower.

Two Guest bedrooms offer a queen bed, built in robe and direct access to the front deck and grassed area.
Twin single bedroom offers two single beds and a built-in robe.
Main bathroom offers a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower and separate w/c down the hallway.
Adjacent to the kitchen, the functional laundry offers washing machine, dryer, ample bench space and a sink; as well as ironing facilities and a powder room with w/c.

The expansive outdoor entertaining zone is sure to become the favourite destination of your stay. A large built-in day bed style bench seat offers the best views in the house in ultimate comfort. The alfresco boasts a desirable northerly aspect, an 8-seater dining table and built in Weber gas BBQ with bench space and bar fridge; ensuring you are fully equipped to cook up a feast and enjoy magical moments with family and friends.

Wattleridge is a short 3 minute drive to Goanna Bush Café and 2 minutes to Commonage Coffee, both local favourites for indulging on a delicious breakfast, lunch and cup of coffee. Happs Winery and Pottery is just 2 kilometres away, perfect for a local wine tasting or pottery workshop. A scenic 11-minute (approx.) drive will have you at some of Yallingup’s most famous beaches such as Yallingup Lagoon and Smiths Beach; renowned for its surf breaks and turquoise blue waters.

    We had a lovely stay at the property and it had everything we needed for our stay. I would suggest that the back bedrooms could benefit from tinting or something to help the heat of the sunset as those rooms got very hot late afternoon/early evening but otherwise, we would highly recommend this property to any family.
