Meelup Vista is a picturesque and spacious 4 bedroom retreat offering breathtaking views of the natural bushland and beyond. Designed with an expansive central entertaining area and two guest wings, this property is perfectly set up to accommodate holidaying couples or two families. This prime holiday location is just a 4 minute drive to the Meelup Regional Park where you will have endless options of beaches and bays for a fun day out swimming and snorkelling.

The generous sized kitchen offers brilliant treetop vistas, a breakfast bar and provides everything you need to cook for a crowd. Including a coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas stovetop microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and pantry space. Central dining area offers soaring timber ceilings, and a large dining table suitably placed near the wood fireplace to provide warmth on those cooler winter nights. Split system a/c also included in this zone.

Living area offers more spectacular views of the sparkling pool and beyond, with direct access to one of the alfresco areas. A great place to unwind with a good book or to watch TV. Conveniently situated next to the wood fireplace.

A desk space is offered in the living area for those who choose to mix work with pleasure.

Large functional laundry includes washing machine, bench space, and ironing facilities.

The secluded master suite has its own separate wing for ultimate privacy. Opens directly onto the green gardens of the property to enjoy your morning coffee with a view. Master suite offers a king bed, large walk-in robe and an ensuite with a shower, bath and w/c. Also provided amongst the greenery is an outdoor shower when you want to feel like you are in a tropical oasis.

The outdoor entertaining area is sure to be your favourite destination of your stay. Meelup Vista offers multiple places to relax, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors with 2 alfresco areas and a gas BBQ.

The expansive 23m infinity pool is certainly spacious enough to fit the whole family; enjoy a refreshing dip whilst admiring the serene landscape and stunning views to the lush creek line reserve, which meanders through the beautiful Meelup Hills. The large pergola is the perfect post-swim destination to regain energy and seek shade after fun in the sun.

The kids will be endlessly entertaining with the playground, climbing frame, and basketball hoop offered on the grassed area and driveway.

Meelup Farm House is 5 minutes away and is the perfect special place for breakfast or lunch with loved ones. Whilst Meelup Vista is private and secluded, it is only 4km approx to the hustle and bustle of the Dunsborough town centre where you can enjoy browsing the gorgeous boutique shops.
