This prime holiday location is steps away from the sandy shores of Geographe Bay; a 3 minute drive to the town centre and a short drive to the Quindalup boat ramp.

Downstairs:
An inviting lounge room offers a place to relax and watch TV; or a quiet place to select one of many books from the bookshelf and get lost in a story.
Guest bedroom with queen bed, split system a/c, built in robe and adjoined bathroom with shower and w/c.
Two additional Guest bedrooms each with two single beds, split system a/c and built in robe that share an adjoining bathroom with a shower, bath and two sinks.
The large and functional laundry offers a washing machine, dryer, and generous bench space.
The downstairs alfresco is surrounded by lush greenery and offers protection from the elements. Offering an outdoor lounge set and dining table, there is plenty of space for everyone to sit and relax and for the kids to play on the lawn. A gas BBQ is also available to use on those warm summer evenings after a day at the beach.
Another fabulous protected entertaining area is located at the front of the property; the perfect place to bask in the sun and enjoy a glass of local wine after a day of exploring.

Upstairs:
The gorgeous views continue as you ascend to the 2nd floor of the property, with floor to ceiling windows leading up the staircase. The spacious open plan living and dining area with ducted a/c has been designed with effortless entertaining in mind.
Cook up a storm whilst enjoying the views in the well positioned galley style kitchen. Offering expansive bench space and ample storage, the kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, double electric oven, and gas stovetop.
The spacious master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in robe and TV unit with glimpses of the ocean through the peppy trees opposite. Ducted a/c and a ceiling fan offer year-round climate control. The ensuite boasts an expansive spa bath with direct views of the trees and ocean; large walk in shower, double vanity and w/c.

Pack a picnic and stroll across the road for a fun beach day with the entire family. Those who enjoy a morning run or bike ride can enjoy the coastal path that stretches all the way from Quindalup to Old Dunsborough, passing the town centre. Dunsborough town is a quick 3-minute drive from Panorama Bay, where you can browse the boutique stores or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many cafes or restaurants.
