Main Break is a secluded retreat situated off the beaten track with breathtaking views of native bushland and beyond, to the turquoise waters of the bay. Designed with an expansive central entertaining area and two guest wings, this property is perfectly set up to accommodate at least two families with both adults and children in mind. Main Break is guaranteed to feel like your home away from home.

A huge central living, dining and kitchen area connects the two guest wings and boasts impressive views of the property landscape. A smart TV, DVDs, books and surround sound system provide all avenues of entertainment for your stay. A split system a/c allows for climate control in the summer whilst a cosy wood fire offers warmth throughout the winter months.
The kitchen runs along the entire length of the central area featuring generous bench space for those nights you want to dine in whilst admiring the views. This functional kitchen also includes an abundance of kitchen utensils and crockery, a dishwasher, electric stove, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine and huge pantry.
A second living area offers another smart TV and a huge selection of DVDs, games and books that will keep children and adults alike entertained for hours. A split system a/c unit in this zone allows for year-round climate control.

An exclusive master bedroom opens onto the decked veranda boasting gorgeous views of the native bushland and tranquil waters of Geographe Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee on the veranda soaking in the vast green landscape or a peaceful afternoon watching the abundant birdlife and friendly kangaroos. Offering a king bed, walk in robe and an ensuite with a large walk-in shower and w/c.
A queen room on either wing offers a queen bed with a built in robe and direct access to the veranda.

The games room in the east wing offers even more entertainment, with a Foosball table and comfy day bed on the veranda; a perfect place to get lost in a book or enjoy an afternoon siesta. A desk space is also available for those who need to mix work with pleasure.

The expansive outdoor decked area and veranda surrounds the property, with stunning views from all angles. After an afternoon venturing out to the local wineries, spend the evening with family and friends in the protected outdoor dining and entertaining area rain, hail or shine. Offering a large dining table and gas BBQ and the optional use of outdoor blinds for those cooler or windier evenings. A ping pong table is also available in the alfresco area.

Following the path from the deck will lead you to the gorgeous sparkling below ground pool and spa area that is bordered by the properties beautiful private land. Spacious enough to fit the whole family and more; enjoy a refreshing morning dip or a relaxing afternoon in the spa admiring the landscape.

Both Yallingup Beach and Geographe Bay are equal distances from the property; a scenic 8-minute drive will have you dipping your toes in the shimmering waters of your beach of choice.

    Beautiful location, peaceful and relaxing.
    Close to amenities, wineries and beaches.
    House was very large, well suited for our group of 10, fitted with a variety of household needs, games for the children and cozy fireplace. Access to pool and spa, however spa took ages to heat up.
    Overall loved our stay, just wished the beds were not so springy so we could have a better night sleep.
