Stepping inside this incredibly inviting home, you are instantly met with breathtaking countryside and valley vistas. The central open plan living, dining and kitchen zone seamlessly connects the two wings of the home, opening out to the huge decked outdoor entertaining area. Showcasing soaring timber lined raked ceiling; a cosy wood fireplace for those cooler months; a split a/c system to provide climate control all year round; and selection of books, games, and DVDs to keep the kids and teenagers entertained for hours.

Generous kitchen provides an abundance of space and all of the modern conveniences of home; including a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, electric oven and gas stovetop.

Wake up each morning to a view over the treetops from the spacious master suite, which offers a queen bed and walk in robe. A ceiling fan allows for climate control in the warmer months.

The remaining three guest bedrooms are comprised of 2 x twin rooms and one queen room, all with built in robes and ceiling fans.
A bathroom is located on either wing of the house; one offering a shower, bathtub and w/c and the other including a shower and w/c.
Laundry includes washing machine and dryer.

Only 550 metres from the property is the BODHI Day Spa retreat where you can escape and enjoy a luxurious pamper session. Dunsborough town centre is a less than a 15 minute scenic drive away via many incredible wineries; where you can browse the boutique shops or enjoy a delicious meal.

  Spent the week leading up to and through Christmas with our family at this lovely bush property surrounded by kangaroos, vibrant birdlife. Perfect for two families to share, with two private wings separated by a very sizable living and dining area and wonderful large deck for entertaining and nature-watching. Best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a short-term rental. Highly recommend.
