Decked alfresco features built in BBQ and offers protection from the elements via the stunning vined trellis. Entertain in style and watch the kids play on the spacious lawn, with the area offering privacy from the road by lush gardens and soaring trees.

  Such a fabulous home..everything you need. A hone away from home.. loved the outdoor fires in the evening, the BBQ breakfasts, the strolls down the beach and morning coffees at the silver bullet van. Highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to come back.

  The home was 5 stars in presentation and location. It was walking distance to the beach, had a lovely wood fire for cool nights and plenty of bedrooms and space for a large family or group with 3 bathrooms. The cupboards were stocked with all of the utensils, pots and pans require to self cater with an added bonus of fresh eggs everyday from the chickens. Thank you for a superb down south staycay 😊

  Our stay at Beach Life was amazing! The house suited our family well, the chickens were a lovely surprise and a highlight was collecting their eggs! The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor bbq was great too.

  The house was in a great location nice and quiet streets and 5 mins walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our stay was in the house however it would have been nice to have more than just a starter pack for dishwashing tablets and toilet paper especially for such a large house. We had to go to the supermarket just for these items. Downstairs had such a nice open feel and lovely furniture and decor. Only complaint would be the linen was just like hospital sheets. I understand a laundry service would be used for such a property but for the price, nice linen and towels would have been appreciated and would make a big difference to a comfortable stay. Even my young daughter didn't like her sheets! Great kitchen and large dining table for groups. Outdoor area would be lovely in nice weather and the chickens and eggs were an added bonus and fun for the kids.

  A beautiful house perfect for multiple couples/groups across 5 rooms. Opening the lower floor doors creates a wonderful entertainment area through to the deck, as well as cool airflow even in height of summer. An air con is available but not necessary.
  The location is only 2 mins walk to the beach, and plenty of walkways around including in to Dunsborough town. Plenty of car parking with a garage and large driveway, and only 12 mins from Eagle Beach

  Great house, close to the beach. Lots of space for families. I'd definitely stay here again. Would be great if guests could stream from the TVs. We missed being able to watch movies. Also, a washing basket and more pegs would be great. Other than that, it was perfect.
