The secluded master retreat features a queen bed, split system a/c, built in robes & a wall mounted TV. The exquisite ensuite showcases a combined shower/tub, vanity with stylish above counter basin, beautiful gold tapware and gorgeous feature tiling.

A second guest bedroom offers a queen bed & ceiling fan.

The third guest bedroom offers 2 sets of single bunk beds and built in robes.

Fully functional and well-equipped chef’s kitchen provides everything you need to whip up a gourmet holiday feast; including an electric oven, stovetop & microwave. With plenty of storage via overhead cupboards and a generous central island bench.

The inviting living zone will have you relaxing in comfort after a long day of fun South West activities; featuring a wood fireplace, split system a/c, wall mounted TV and access to the decked verandah.

Adjacent dining room includes an extendable dining table to comfortably seat the whole family.

An additional bathroom features a shower, vanity and adjacent w/c.

Laundry includes washing machine.

Toasty fire pit with log seating.

Manicured gardens and tall trees are a bird watches delight and a superb fenced lawned yard and trampoline are perfect for the kids.

Hot and cold outdoor shower.

Parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for boats, bikes and surfboards.

Leave the cars at home and enjoy a relaxing stroll to Dunsborough town centre via the adjacent walkway (250m approx.), which will have you at many amazing coffee shops, restaurants and café’s within minutes. In the dreamy summer months, a 5 minute (450m) approx. walk will have you dipping your toes in the azure waters of the Bay; or hop on your bike and enjoy the coastal track to Old Dunsborough foreshore and playground.

  For two adult couples it was a fabulous home away from home and there was plenty of room.

  We spent a lovely few days here, the place is perfectly located only a short walk from the town in one direction and the beach in the other. The place was well equipped and had everything we could need, we also loved the outdoor space which was well kept and peaceful. The highlight for our kids was the addition of the trampoline and the campfire. We loved staying here and would love to come back again!

  We loved staying at this property, it really has everything you need. Can't fault the location as it's a very short walk to town and the beach, a huge trampoline out the back for the kids, and a very well stocked kitchen. The garden was immaculate and allowed us to enjoy our afternoons outside on the patio and the fire pit.
  
  If we had to nit pick, having WIFI available would have been the icing on the cake but we survived fine without it.
