Perfectly designed to fit two families comfortably, upstairs provides two queen bedrooms (one with ensuite) and a generous bunk room boasting two sets of bunk beds. All bedrooms offer built in robes to utilise during your stay. A second bathroom with shower, bath & adjacent w/c are easily accessed by all.

Downstairs, the spacious living area opens out to the shaded courtyard; providing a secure space for the kids to play after a long day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen offers dishwasher, electric cooktop & oven, microwave and Espresso machine.
Or simply make the most of the world famous WA sunsets and enjoy a BBQ in the courtyard on those blissful summer evenings.

A smaller sitting / tv room is a quiet space to unwind; opening out to a balcony which offers stunning vistas through the trees to the gorgeous foreshore and shimmering blue waters beyond.

Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout will ensure optimal climate control at the touch of a button.

Laundry downstairs offers washing machine, dryer and adjacent powder room.

  Easy safe access just off the main parking area and a stones throw to Yallingup is also beside the cafe which was surprisingly quiet. Ideal. Well equipped with great cooking facilities a comfy Lou ge and Netflix. Great comfy beds.

  This is exactly want you want if you want the beauty of the ocean and beauty of serenity. We arrived and Surfside 4 was absolutely gorgeous, plenty of room for two families, very clean, heaps of extras, the property is exactly what is described, the instructions all perfect- easy access etc close to all wineries and popular townsites, olive farms, soup factories, chocolate factories, great food places and more you will discover! the massive bonus for our family was the ocean being so close, looking out in the morning, walking along the beach, sitting at night watching the ocean and swim in the beautiful ocean we felt free and grateful!. We loved our experience .
