Upstairs:
Ascend the timber staircase into the spacious upstairs main living area with high ceilings; floor to ceiling glass on the northern side to ensure a light filled space and summer breeze flow. The expansive living, dining room and kitchen will ensure fabulous family gatherings can be enjoyed all together. The balcony entertaining zone boasts built in BBQ with wok burner, privacy/weather screening blinds and is the perfect spot to recline, relax and enjoy the views over the bay.

The kitchen includes good size island bench, electric oven & stove, dishwasher, built in wine racks and Nespresso coffee machine.
Master bedroom with ensuite with shower and w/c, and bunk room with tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Separate w/c.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living and master bedroom provides easy and efficient climate control.

Downstairs:
Guest bedroom with queen bed, BIR, and verandah access

The main bathroom downstairs offers expansive vanity and oversized shower. Separate w/c.

Outdoor shower to rinse the salt and sand after a day at the beach.

Only 6 km from the Dunsborough town centre (perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) the property is ideally positioned to enjoy Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

  Location was divine... quiet and peaceful. Close to beautiful walking paths and also the water. There was no noise or disturbance from neighbours and it was close enough to towns to shop for necessities.
  The ensuite needed some repairs, mainly in the shower area from water damage, but beside that the property was in great order!
