Just a stroll across the road to the shimmering sands and aquamarine waters of Geographe Bay, this elegantly casual 4 bed 2 bath home offers a superb opportunity to enjoy sublime summers and all the beauty of this magnificent marine playground.

Upstairs:
Ascend the timber staircase into the spacious upstairs main living area with high ceilings; floor to ceiling glass on the northern side to ensure a light filled space and summer breeze flow. The expansive living, dining room and kitchen will ensure fabulous family gatherings can be enjoyed all together. The balcony entertaining zone boasts built in BBQ with wok burner, privacy/weather screening blinds and is the perfect spot to recline, relax and enjoy the views over the bay.

The kitchen includes good size island bench, electric oven & stove, dishwasher, built in wine racks and Nespresso coffee machine.
Master bedroom with ensuite with shower and w/c, and bunk room with tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top).

Separate w/c.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living and master bedroom provides easy and efficient climate control.

    Location was divine... quiet and peaceful. Close to beautiful walking paths and also the water. There was no noise or disturbance from neighbours and it was close enough to towns to shop for necessities.
    The ensuite needed some repairs, mainly in the shower area from water damage, but beside that the property was in great order!
