Only 6 km from the Dunsborough town centre (perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) the property is ideally positioned to enjoy Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

Ascend the timber staircase into the spacious main living area with high ceilings; ceiling to floor glass on the northern side and plenty of other windows to ensure a light filled space and summer breeze flow way. The expansive living, dining room and open kitchen will ensure fabulous family gatherings can be enjoyed all together.   Location was divine... quiet and peaceful. Close to beautiful walking paths and also the water. There was no noise or disturbance from neighbours and it was close enough to towns to shop for necessities.
  The ensuite needed some repairs, mainly in the shower area from water damage, but beside that the property was in great order!
