**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper, firewood (in winter) and basic cleaning products is provided.**

Tranquil Waters is the perfect name for this quintessential Quindalup beach house. Located on Geographe Bay Road just a small strip of Reserve separates you from the shimmering white sands and aquamarine waters. This location is best for those who appreciate the long stretch of sandy beach and expanse of water perfect for jetskiing, boating, crabbing and fishing as the main boat ramp is located just 750m away.

The main living, dining and kitchen is upstairs and accesses the spacious covered timber decked alfresco which offers delightful water glimpses through the trees. An outdoor setting and BBQ makes this the perfect chill out zone at the end of a fabulous beach (or winery tour) day. Downstairs is another sitting / TV room that services the adjacent bedrooms.

The kitchen includes gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living and master bedroom provides easy and efficient climate control and the cosy wood fire provided creates beautiful ambience and warming on those cool nights.

Wide unobstructed driveway to park 3 cars and access to the rear yard to park / store boats or trailers or other beach toys. There is also a mooring available for guest to keep their boat directly in front of the property.

Outdoor shower is handy to rinse the salt and sand.

The property is fully fenced so upon approval your fur baby is welcome but is to remain outdoors at all times.

Only 6 km from the Dunsborough town centre (perfect bike riding distance for your morning coffee) the property is ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the Quindalup and Old Dunsborough swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

  We had a wonderful stay here in April with interstate family visitors. The house is situated in Quindalup - away from the busier end of Dunsborough. We were right opposite the beach, the front gardens are lovely, with a huge back yard, which was well secured for our tiny dog. We enjoyed the sunset from the big upstairs balcony, as we watched the local wildlife and birds. The house was well laid out with plenty of space, rooms and towels for everyone. A very enjoyable stay!

  We found this to be an excellent, well maintained holiday home in a quiet location next to the beach of Geographe Bay. Less than a 10 minute drive from the wide range of shops and food outlets in Dunsborough. On arrival, there was no electricity to about a third of the house, but quickly resolved by opening the meter box and flicking the necessary switch. The bottle of red wine greeting our arrival was very much appreciated, thank you.

  We loved Tranquil Waters, it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and furniture, a fireplace that worked well plus air-conditioning, lovely big enclosed backyard for our dog and located right on the dog beach and walk trail. Its a quiet area but close to town. We appreciated the nespresso machine and the complimentary bottle of local wine. The property managers are very professional and great to deal with, highly recommend.

  Myself and three friends spent four nights here and loved the house. Great location close to the beach and in a nice quiet street. Comfy beds, clean, lots of seating inside and out.
