Cinque is the epitome of luxurious holiday accommodation in Dunsborough, superbly located just 200m to the beach and 200m to the town centre. Ideally positioned to explore Dunsborough and its dynamic shopping precinct and cafe strip; the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of either Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

Cinque is of contemporary construction and boasts soaring ceilings and glowing timber floors; extensive glazing that unites the living spaces and pool deck for fabulous summer fun; yet captures the winter sun for a cosy winter break. It is stylishly yet comfortably furnished.

Spacious light filled living zones comprise separate TV room; kitchen and dining and second living/conversation space and all merges seamlessly with the huge alfresco entertaining area.

The fully equipped central kitchen offers dishwasher, 6 burner gas stovetop, electric oven and Nespresso coffee machine and large island bench with ample space.

Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of this area be it the parks and reserves; bush tracks and cycle paths; mountain bike tracks; and tennis courts and golf course boasting their own stunning outlooks. There are two boat ramps; swimming and surf beaches; rocky outcrops and coves, sheltered spots and superb surf breaks. The small pool table in the separate games room was great and the swimming pool was brilliant. We loved that Cinque is just a few minutes walk to the beach.   Pros:
  - Location is excellent for walking to the Dunsborough CBD.
  - House has a massive amount of space for people to spread out.
  - Got good use out of the BBQ.
  - Garage came in handy as we had 4 cars with us.
  - Visits from local ducks every afternoon :)
  
  Cons:
  - Oven & BBQ was very dirty from previous guests and were clearly unchecked by cleaners.
  - The decade old A/Cs are noisy w/ semi-broken remotes & really need replacing.
  - Mold on some of the roller blinds.

  Amazing stay at this property. Great for large groups, lots of areas to hang out including a games room plus the house has a big kitchen well equip for catering - no need to bring any extra utensils.   We just spent a fabulous 4 nights at Cinque in Dunsborough. The house was perfect with space for everyone and a fantastic outdoor area with pool and large entertaining deck. All amenities provided and the house was very well presented. Close to the main shops and a short stroll to the beach. Would highly recommend and we will visit again.

  We stayed for 5 nights & really enjoyed it! Comfy beds & couches. Great kitchen/scullery. Property was exactly as the photos show. Walking distance to town & beach was handy. Pool is great size. It was serviced upon our arrival but glad it wasn't hot as we couldn't use it for 2 hours. We didn't have enough bath towels but, after we phoned, they were delivered very promptly. Good customer service. Would def stay again!

  This house truly lives up to expectations! Not only is it absolutely stunning, but it was clean, light and airy. All the bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. There is so much space (even for my group of 10) and the extra living room was a bonus! Being here in the winter was fantastic (especially with the fireplace) but I would love to return in the summer to use the beautiful pool and enjoy the vast outside entertaining area.

  The first time in 10 years the family were able to spend time together being scattered between Tuscany, Exmouth and Perth. The house was immaculate in its presentation and the best appointed ever encountered. My only criticism is the pool's depth is not on a gradient, consequently height challenged individuals - children and myself couldn't stand!

  The house was very spacious and well appointed. Perfect for 2 families. The location is excellent- a quick walk to the beach and shops. The main negative was that there was no shade at all in the outdoor area until about 3pm in the afternoon which makes it pretty unusable in hot weather. It was too hot and bright to eat breakfast or lunch outside, and with the deck burning underneath your feet, thongs were needed to hang towels out or to get to the pool and back. The BBQ is also in a bit of an antisocial location tucked around the back. But there are plenty of nice features, including lovely ponds outside the living areas.
