Bay View Retreat is the ultimate summer escape in Dunsborough, located just 300 metres to the Old Dunsborough beach front and a short stroll to the town centre. Featuring upstairs and downstairs living areas, stunning sun room with ocean views and stylish modern design, this is the perfect spot for your next beach holiday and will quickly become a favourite getaway.

The local beach is perfect for families with protected netted swimming area, childrens playground and BBQ area. With plenty of parking available, it is easy for family and friends to meet for a fun afternoon in the sun enjoying the best part of a holiday in Dunsborough. For a fun day trip, try a ride down one of the bike tracks that wind down the coast with breathtaking views of the stunning coastline and wondrous hidden picnic spots.

The local Dunsborough Country Club is conveniently located just across the road and offers Mountain Biking, Tennis, Lawn Bowls and Golf. Fully Licensed and with delicious meals, this is ideal for a few games followed by a meal and drink during your stay.

Bay View Retreat is perfect for small families or sharing couples with separate areas upstairs and downstairs that are completely self-contained. Upstairs features a master bedroom with king bed and private ensuite, whilst downstairs includes a queen bed in the first bedroom and 2 singles in the second bedroom.

A bright and airy living area with soaring ceilings on the upper level is the perfect meeting area for Guests with lounge area with TV and dining room with 6 seat table. Reverse cycle air conditioning ensures you will have perfect temperature control all year round for your comfort.

A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5 burner gas stovetop, double door fridge freezer and appliances offers everything you need for meal preparation and serving during your stay. A Nespresso Coffee Machine lets you start the day right with a revitalising brew as you watch the sun rise. The kitchenette can be easily closed off from the main area by a sliding door and is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

A sun room off the living area offers stunning views of the Dunsborough coastline and is the ideal place to sit and relax on the lounge suites with a glass of wine at the end of the day. Fire up the BBQ and enjoy the sunset as you listen to the waves crash on the shore just metres away.

Downstairs is completely self-contained and has a lounge with TV, dining area with 8 seat table, kitchen, laundry with washing machine and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine and electric stovetop. For your comfort, a reverse cycle air conditioning allows you to control the temperate perfectly.

    This was a great stay for a family of 4. It was very clean and the upstairs was excellent in terms of the big kitchen, open plan area and the bathrooms it was spacious and cozy with lots of nice fittings. The location and proximity to town was the best and it was peaceful. The only thing that wasn’t that great was the fact that we had to go outside to access the upstairs which wasn’t shown on the photos, the downstairs bathroom shower heads could have been better as water was spraying everywhere and if upstairs had a smart TV too that would have been perfect. Internet was down for one day but this was fixed promptly by the property and this allowed us to enjoy our stay here very much.

    Comfortable modern holiday house that has 3 Bedroom's 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens and living areas up and down stairs. The property was clean, well equipped for 6 people. Luxury Breaks are extremely easy to book with and fast response if you need any information. Upstairs has an external staircase, which is fine but I feel this would work better if the stairs came off the pavement not off the grass.There are a few chipped glasses that need to be replaced (not healthy or safe to use) Beds are comfortable and every thing was in working condition. The house is walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants.

    Very comfortable stay as a family of 4 with two small children.
    The home is modern with great amenities. We utilised the front and back balconies. Light and breezy with the modern plantain shutters, we enjoyed the fresh sea breeze each morning and evening. The location to the beach is excellent. We could walk or ride with our kids very easily. The only thing to consider is that the two levels of the house are connected by outside stairs to the front or back balconies. If you wish to stay on the top level, which offers the best experience of sea views and architectural design, your friends or family can join you for dinner and drinks on the top balconies and still have their own space in another fully equipped home on the ground level. This does make logistics more of a consideration of where your children sleep, depending on their age and independence. We loved our stay and will book again for our next holiday.

    great property which was as described on website,quality appliances and well furnished.good location,whilst we were aware their was only external staircase access to 2nd floor this was not under cover and you had to walk across the garden to get back down stairs.this could be improved by having the steps turned to finish under the front porch,this was only an issue for us as it rained every day we were staying here.the property has an amazing deck.i would definitely stay here again,

    The house was perfect for what we wanted. The two completely separate areas was what was required.
    The rates were expensive with what was provided, and for the costs i believe more should have been provided within the house, and or better quality.
    The cost was maybe reflective of the lack of options in peak season.
