EeBee House is a superbly presented and character filled holiday home positioned in a beautiful natural bush setting with a gorgeous bay outlook. Offerring the perfect private escape, you will enjoy the best of the summer sun whilst you relax and listen to the sounds of the bush and bird song. Divided into two wings that wraps around a fabulous centralised alfresco entertaining space, this home is ideal for dual or extended family holiday sharing.

The main living room is elegant yet comfortable, with stylish couches and big screen TV. The expanse of windows creates a light and airy space with beautiful cross ventilation for those summer days and access to the fabulous alfresco space.

The fully equipped kitchen offers all the conveniences of home including an electric stovetop/oven, dishwasher, microwave, island bench and Nespresso coffee machine.

Dining options include the 8 seater indoor setting or the 8 seater outdoor table perfect on those balmy nights, sunny mornings or for leisurely lunches.

A wood fire in each living area will ensure cosy winter days and nights as well as provide delightful ambiance. Ceiling fan in the living space.

The main bathroom features shower, vanity and separate toilet.

The central elevated, decked alfresco space with raised pagoda style ceiling will be a magnet for your outdoor living and dining needs. With a dining setting, outdoor couches and BBQ it is peaceful, beautiful, and boasts wonderful views encouraging you to linger longer over your meals. Leisurely dining is surely a luxury reserved for wonderful holiday escapes such as EeBee House.

Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.

  I stayed at EEBEE house with some friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house is extremely comfortable and well-appointed in a quiet location a short walk to the beach. We visited both WISE and the Eagle Bay Brewing company for lunches, both on the same street and had lovely beach walks. We all enjoyed sipping wine and chatting by the fire at night. I'd highly recommend EEBEE house.

  This is a beautiful home, very comfortable living spaces with high quality furniture and bedding. Wood fires were wonderful with RC air-conditioning for backup. Loved that everything was fresh and clean. Its an easy walk to the beach and lots of birdlife to enjoy. Highly recommend.

  This holiday house has a great welcoming feel to it. It is comfortable, spacious, well appointed, has a terrific entertaining deck with a view to the ocean and just a short stroll to Eagle Bay Beach. Idyllic! We stayed early January 2021 and it was very hot. The air conditioning units work well in the living areas but didn't reach the bedrooms which made it uncomfortable to sleep especially the loft. Otherwise this home is a real find and I would recommend it.
